Taxes, VAT, IVA & Import Duties

AURIA UK Ltd operates globally and ships to multiple countries worldwide. Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to local taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), Imposto sobre Valor Agregado (IVA), sales tax, customs duties or import fees.

These charges are set by local governments and customs authorities and are not controlled by AURIA UK Ltd.

Are taxes included in the price?

  • For some destinations, VAT or local taxes may be included at checkout.

  • For other destinations, taxes, VAT, IVA or customs duties may be charged upon arrival by your local customs authority or courier.

  • Any additional charges required to release your order are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. AURIA UK Ltd cannot predict or control if, when, or how much customs duties or import taxes will be charged.

If customs fees are required:

  • The customer is responsible for payment.

  • Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities.

  • In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

United Kingdom & European Union

  • Orders shipped within the UK or EU may be subject to VAT in accordance with local regulations.

  • For EU customers, IVA (VAT) may apply depending on the destination country and order value.

  • All tax rules are applied in accordance with local legislation at the time of import or checkout.

International Orders

For customers outside the UK and EU:

  • Local sales tax, VAT, IVA or customs duties may apply.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid by the recipient.
