At AURIA UK, we are committed to delivering refined jewellery pieces with exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, your rights are protected under UK consumer law.
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting:
auriapearl.com
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
-
Be unworn and unused
-
Be in their original condition
-
Include all original packaging, tags, pouches, cards, and accessories
-
Not show signs of wear, scratches, alteration, damage, or use beyond reasonable inspection
Customers are permitted to inspect jewellery in the same manner that would reasonably be allowed in a physical retail environment.
However, if an item shows signs of handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit, AURIA UK reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount to reflect any diminished value of the goods.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
-
Visible scratches or marks
-
Signs of prolonged wear
-
Missing packaging or accessories
-
Damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
-
Broken hygiene seals on applicable items
Any deduction applied will be proportionate and assessed fairly in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
3. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons:
-
Earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or the item has been worn.
We also do not accept returns for:
-
Personalised or custom-made jewellery
-
Gift cards
-
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us immediately at:
auriapearl.com
Provide clear photographic evidence so we can assess the issue promptly.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, you may be entitled to:
-
